NEW (1/27/21) Library Instructions
As of Friday, February 12, 2021, students will no longer be able to physically select library books at the drive-thru library. All library book selections must be done virtually using Destiny Discover. This new arrangement will allow students to browse the entire library for whatever books interest them, and it is safer for all as it will decrease the in-person contact that takes place between staff members and families that come to obtain books. This arrangement does NOT affect the pick-up process; library books will still be dropped out/picked up on Fridays from 11am-1pm at the same location.
Below are step-by-step instructions for how to “hold” books using Destiny Discover:
1. Sign in to the Clever Portal
2. Scroll down to “Other Student Apps”
3. Locate “Destiny-Vinewood” App
4. Sign in to Destiny using your student Google account
5. Select the book that you are interested in reading by clicking on the book’s cover image. If that book is available, you will see a little green icon on the upper left corner of the book cover that says “IN.” To reserve that book, click the button that says “Hold.” You may “Hold” up to 2 books.
6. The librarian will prepare your book(s), which will be available for pick-up the following Friday.

**Please Note: Library books must be reserved by Thursday night. Any books reserved after this time will not be available until the following Friday.
